Solid granite facade

For waterproofing the solid granite facade, we proceed to a chemical cleaning with removal of all kinds of surface dirt or structural, as diverse reparations either on the granite or on the kerb. After the cleaning and reparation proccess, we proceed waterproofing by sealing the capillary network and mortar granite curb.

The usual water repellent treatments on granite facades do not prevent leaks or condensation. Our treatment prevents the water filtration and condensation asociated with the humidity.
